A Career Built Across Strategy, Marketing and Growth
Rahul’s early professional journey included marketing and sales projects with organisations such as Procter & Gamble, Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., Campusdais and Reliance Communications Ltd.
These diverse experiences helped him develop a career profile that goes beyond a single functional area. His journey brings together commercial leadership, corporate strategy, marketing, sales, transformation and business growth—a combination that has increasingly become critical for organisations operating in competitive and rapidly changing markets.
Taking Industry Experience into Consulting Leadership
At PwC, Rahul will bring this extensive industry experience to a consulting environment, where he will work on strategy, transformation and growth-related challenges.
His transition is particularly notable because of the perspective he brings from having worked inside major businesses. Rather than strategy being limited to frameworks and analysis, his experience has involved working closely with business functions and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and growth.
This industry-tested perspective can add significant value when organisations are looking to translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
From Driving Strategy Within Businesses to Advising Organisations
Rahul Tiwari’s career reflects a clear evolution—from marketing and sales roles to brand management, category and channel strategy, corporate strategy, transformation and senior strategic leadership.
His appointment as Associate Director – Strategy & Transformation at PwC marks the next phase of that journey, placing his cross-functional experience at the centre of a broader consulting mandate. With more than a decade of experience across leading organisations, Rahul now enters a role where his understanding of strategy, commercial growth and business transformation can help organisations address their next phase of growth. The move to PwC therefore stands as more than a new designation—it represents the transition of an industry practitioner into a strategic consulting leadership role, backed by years of experience across some of the most critical functions driving modern businesses.
