The 53-year-old radio host looked stunning in the midi gown, effortlessly chic and glamorous with her choice of a flowy garment paired with gold court heels.
To celebrate International Happiness Day, the Britain’s Got Talent judge brightened up the day with her statement ensemble.
Amanda also shared her fitness routine, revealing that she spends 45 minutes every day on her Peloton bike to keep in shape. She emphasized that it’s not an advertisement, but she genuinely feels the effects of her workout tightening up her body.
However, Amanda’s emotions were evident when she spoke about her daughters growing up and eventually leaving home. She became tearful as she expressed how difficult it is to imagine them being away.
With two children, Lexi (18) and Hollie (12), with her husband Chris Hughes, Amanda reflected on the fleeting time parents have with their children before they become independent adults. She lamented how quickly time flies and how parents often wish away moments of their children’s youth, only to realize they’re grown up and gone too soon.
