  1. Avoid procrastination at all costs to consume time. This habit can be overcome by proper discipline, set task and goals.
  2. Avoid the fear of getting failure, this could lead to our mind not taking risks or us trying new things. Failure should be a natural process of learning.
  3. Avoiding self-acknowledgement, acknowledgement is very important and good both the ways by embracing your own flaws and also appreciating good stuff in yourself.
  4. Avoiding getting out of comfort zones. If we don’t get out of our comfort zones it could lead to missing out on lots of stuff and improvement opportunities.
  5. Holding regrets, this could lead to development of heavy baggage on oneself which could be very bad in the self-development process.
  6. Finding Perfectionism, this could lead to unrealistic expectations and harmful for the process of personal growth.
  7. Avoiding a healthy relationship or background. If we don’t toxic relationship we will never feel encourage or supportive. A good relationship is needed to build a good surrounding.
  8. Having a Negative self-talk. This could lead to your wording changing your mindset and thought. This also demotivates us.
  9. Not having a good sleep schedule or waking up time, not having a proper sleep could lead to reduce of our productivity and good thoughts.
  10. Avoiding exercise daily, our physical body is as important for personal development as our mind thus exercise is important.
